Charlotte Junge founded the consulting and keynote speaking company JUNGE in 2003.

Through JUNGE, she combines professionalism, strategic insight and genuine commitment to help individuals and organisations find the right solutions. The company provides strategic business development consultancy, executive career advisory services, networking expertise, board advisory, and delivers keynote speeches and training programmes on topics including networking, communication, recruitment and leadership.

Charlotte is the author of four books on professional networking:

• Networking – Vejen til Målet (Jyllands-Postens Forlag, 2006)
• Networking – Vejen til Målet, Version 2.0 (Junges Forlag, 2009)
• The Networking Journey, published in collaboration with Aarhus University Alumni (2013)

Networking has therefore become one of the core foundations of JUNGE’s consulting methodology and a central theme in Charlotte’s keynote presentations. She is passionate about fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing, believing that professional development and strong networks are inseparable elements of sustainable business success.

Charlotte is a certified DISC Personality Profile practitioner and integrates behavioural assessment into business development, executive coaching, career advisory and talent development assignments whenever relevant.

In recent years, Charlotte has increasingly specialised in board governance. She advises companies on building high-performing boards, serves as a trusted board advisor and facilitator, and holds board positions herself.

Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration (HA) from CBS and a Bachelor in International Business (HD) from Aarhus BSS.

Charlotte’s professional career spans senior leadership roles across sales, international business development and human resources. She has served as Sales Director within the fashion industry, Project Director for Danish export promotion initiatives in the Far East in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, HR Manager at Jyllands-Posten, and Recruitment Consultant at Mercuri Urval. These roles have provided her with extensive practical experience in leadership, organisational development and talent management.

Outside her professional life, Charlotte has a longstanding passion for health and wellbeing. As a former elite swimmer, golfer and fitness instructor, she continues to prioritise an active lifestyle, now primarily through hiking and yoga.
