Charlotte Junge
In 2003 Charlotte Junge established the consultancy company JUNGE.
With a professional and engaged approach Charlotte Junge strives to find and execute the right solution on various assignments within business development, career advisement, Networking and Board work. Charlotte is often speaking and teaching about networking, communication, recruitment etc.
Charlotte Junge has written and published “Networking – the way to your goals” at Jyllands-Postens Forlag in 2006, “Networking – the way to your goals, version 2.0” at her own publishing house JUNGEs Forlag in 2009 and latest in 2013 “The Networking Journey” in close co-operation with Aarhus University Alumni. That’s why Networking is one of the business models, JUNGE uses extensively and Networking is the subject for a large number of her lectures.
Charlotte Junge combine co-operation and knowledge sharing, in order to secure that JUNGE’s development and networking goes hand in hand as part of the partnering strategy.
Charlotte Junge is certified in DISC Person Analyse, which she uses, when it’s relevant in both business, career and competence development projects.
In the later years Charlotte Junge has focused on Board work – and works both as an advisor on how to establish the right board and as a board member.
Charlotte Junge’s theoretical background is a bachelor in Economics from Copenhagen Business School and a bachelor in Foreign Trade from Aarhus School of Business.
She has a career as sales Manager in the clothing industry and Project Manager on export promotions for Danish companies in Fareast – especially in China. In addition she has extensive experience working with companies and individuals through her work as Human Resource Manager at Jyllands-Posten and as a consultant at Mercuri Urval.
As a former top swimmer, golfer and fitness instructor she still is very focused on staying fit – now mainly through running, biking and fitness.
